I am based in Hackney, Dalston in East London and I work with a diverse range of adult clients. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing stress, worry, panic attacks and other anxiety related problems. I am experienced in helping clients who are experiencing difficulties in how they relate to others in their lives. I offer Psychosexual counselling, Psychodynamic counselling, both short term and open ended as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve their personal goals. I am able to offer a range of tools to help clients reduce some of the physical symptoms associated with anxiety and a range of sexual problems.
