I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist located in Holloway and Hornsey North London offering short and long term therapy to individuals, and supervision qualified and trainee therapists and social care workers.
Whether you are thinking of coming to therapy at a time of crisis, or at a time to understand more fully what is happening in your life, talking with a therapist can be very helpful. I believe that challenges provide opportunities for change, growth, and transformation. I will provide a safe and confidential space and support you to explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that may affect the way you think about and relate to yourself and others.
In our first session we will discuss and consider your concerns and any thoughts and feelings you have about therapy. We will think about how we can work together, and what you would like to get out of our meetings. Please feel free to telephone or email me if you would like to ask any questions about how I work, the process of beginning therapy, or to arrange an initial, confidential consultation.
