I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a Clinical Sexologist who works in a private practice and high education. I offer short term brief counselling and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I specialise in depression and loss, managing life transitions, issues stemming from childhood, sexuality and sexual identity, and relationship intimacy.
I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to its ethical code of practice. I am also a member of College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
My clinical experience includes working for NHS, Community Counselling Services, High Education Institutions and a Suicidal Respite Centre in North London.
My approach and style is highly supportive, empathic and encourages the development of self-awareness. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, helping you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
I'm currently full in my practice, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to be put on a waiting list.
