I am a fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist who works in a private practice and at Waterloo Community Counselling Centre. I offer short term (6-18 sessions) brief counselling and long-term psychotherapy for individuals. I specialise in depression and loss, managing life transitions, issues stemming from childhood, sexuality and sexual identity, and relationship intimacy.
I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to its ethical code of practice.
My clinical experience includes working for NHS at the Hetherington Group Practice, Clapham, as well as Community Counselling Services and the Maytree Suicidal Respite Centre, Finsbury Park, North London.
My approach and style is highly supportive, empathic and encourages the development of self-awareness. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, helping you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
I offer reduced fee for students.
