My way of working is relational. That means that I hope to connect with my clients on a personal level. I don’t hide behind a professional facade and am not, in general, silent.
I work by providing a safe, confidential space in which to begin a conversation about the issues that are really affecting you.
Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed or confused by your feelings – or even have the sense that you don’t know what your feelings are – counselling and psychotherapy can help.
The type of therapy I offer is a talking therapy. I will ask you to let me know about what is on your mind and together we will try to understand the feelings, thoughts and memories which lie under the surface.
I am a Registered Accredited member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred.) and work according to their Ethical Guidelines. I work from safe, comfortable, accessible rooms in Holloway, North London.
