I am a highly qualified and experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, registered and accredited as a senior practitioner by the BACP. I am also a registered accredited member of The British Psychoanalytic Council.

I graduated from the MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck in 2012 and have had a private practice since then. I have also worked in the NHS as a Senior Psychotherapist, a Clinical Manager at Mind, and as a Tutor and Supervisor in a University.

I have worked widely with counselling and psychotherapy students from various trainings. I offer both short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy and I am able to help with a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family issues, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, postnatal depression, abuse, stress and bereavement. Therapy can also be a space for self-development.
