I have extensive experience as a psychotherapist working within multiple NHS settings. I currently hold a full-time position in clinical health psychology. I have also worked within a personality disorders clinic at a renowned London hospital.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse age groups and backgrounds, spanning a wide range of socio-economic circumstances. My practice has involved addressing various psychological challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, anger, meaning, childhood trauma, cancer, terminal illness, chronic illness, relational difficulties, body dysmophia, personality disorders, personality difficulties, psychosomatic symptoms, autistic traits, identity, OCD, grief, loss and low self-confidence.
My qualifications include:
Registered member of BACP
MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy
GradCert in Humanistic & Psychodynamic Counselling
I adhere by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapys’ (BACP) code of ethics.
