I’ve been practising as a Psychodynamic counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 5 years. I work in Brighton and Hove and also provide Skype and telephone sessions.
I offer a confidential, safe and empathetic space for you to work though thoughts and feelings, helping to make sense of any issues you are trying to deal with.
People come to see me for different reasons such as depression, anxiety or a relationship breakdown for example. The people who come to me find our time together supportive and useful. I've been able to help lots of different people from different backgrounds, with different problems, find clarity and fulfilment.
