Spirituality – What is it and does it have a place in the world of psychotherapy? – Caroline Payton

Wednesday 18th October 2017

Everyone’s experience of religion and their relationship to the spiritual dimension of human existence is deeply personal. Caroline will be reflecting with us about what we mean by spirituality, how religion and spirituality can either hinder or enhance growth to maturity, and whether they can sit comfortably alongside psychotherapy. There are no clear answers, but plenty of avenues to explore.
