Impetus and Resistance to Organisational Change: Living in a Rapidly Changing World
We will be holding an extraordinary general meeting on Saturday 24th of February. Those who attended the AGM in November will know there were a number of agenda items we were unable to address on the day so we felt it best to hold a 2nd meeting to ensure the membership and committee have the opportunity to discuss these. We also felt that it would be useful to hold an organisational aspect to the day to help both the committee members and membership better understand the dynamics in play within the organisation.

The EGM and organisational aspect of the day will require separate bookings to give us a better idea of the numbers attending for each.
Francesca Cardona is organisational consultant and coach with considerable experience in consulting to teams in a variety of organisational and cultural contexts facing issues of change and transition, merger and integration and conflict.
She provides coaching to senior managers from a broad range of organisations and career development consultancy to individuals in the process of career choice, transition and review.
She is currently Practice Tutor on the Professional Doctorate ‘Consultation and the Organisation’ and Co-director of one of the Executive Coaching Programmes at Tavistock Consulting.
She has provided training and consultancy in international contexts and she has extensive experience in Group Relations Conferences.
Francesca’s particular interest is in the area of individual and organisational transition and transformation.
